To enter the Games download and print an entry form here then download and print a sports coupon for each sport you want to enter.  Complete the forms.  If you are the team captain or manager, complete the team list on the entry form.  Send complete forms with payment to:

CATEGORIES: Mens/Womens 40+, 55+, 65+,
Events - 50T Skeet and 100T Down the Line
A Grade and B Grade
