To enter the Games download and print an entry form here then download and print a sports coupon for each sport you want to enter.  Complete the forms.  If you are the team captain or manager, complete the team list on the entry form.  Send complete forms with payment to:

TIME: 10.00 am start both days
AGE POLICY: W 27+ & M 30+
SPORTS FEE: $20.00 per player
CATEGORIES: Men 30+, 40+

Mixed (Men 30+, Women 27+)

DETAILS: Minimum 7 players per team.
Teams must enter in age group of youngest player.
Depending on number of entries, the tournament may be held on Saturday only. Team captains to be advised.
Mixed teams must have 3 women on the field at all times.
