SPORTS FEE:	$200.00 per team
CATEGORIES:	30+ Mixed, 35+ mixed
DETAILS:	Teams must play in age grade of youngest player. Organisers reserve the right to combine age groups to make up a suitable draw. Team captain to complete team list in entry book.
